Are All stainless Steel Equal?

Are All stainless Steel Equal?

Simply put unless the product clearly indicates 18/10 stainless steel on the bottom of the product and/or on the packaging it is a fake imitation of what we as consumers have come to expect from stainless steel.

18/10 stainless steel serveware for consumers means it won't rust, it won't react chemically with acidic or salty food.

So if you are looking for stainless steel and its features and benefits are important to you stay away from all the serveware and cookware that does not clearly indicate 18/10 stainless steel.

18/10 stainless steel for these reasons is not cheap but it is so worth the cost. It will last for years and years. Reducing waste.

We need to move away from the user based economy and start embracing quality. It is better for us. Better for the environment.
